  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.

🚛 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-metro & remote locations: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or regional restrictions. MERCHENTUS INDIA is not responsible for delays once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner.

💳 Payment Method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • All orders must be prepaid using secure online payment options available at checkout.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Product weight

    • Delivery location

    • Courier serviceability

  • Any applicable free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

  • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

🏠 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • MERCHENTUS INDIA will not be responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-dispatched.

📦 Packaging & Product Information

  • All products are carefully quality-checked and securely packed before dispatch.

  • Due to the natural characteristics of jute materials, minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.

⚠️ Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

If your order is received in a damaged or tampered condition:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
